Practical learning and careers support for young people.

C&G Education supports young people with additional needs to build confidence, develop skills for life and work, and move towards meaningful next steps in education, employment or training.

Our programmes

We support young people aged 15-25 through practical, community-based learning and personalised careers guidance. Each programme can be tailored to individual needs. We focus on practical learning, real-world experiences, and strong, supportive relationships.
