Qualified Careers Advisors
This service provides independent careers advice and guidance through a supportive online programme designed for young people who need a more personalised approach.
It is designed especially for students who have been unable to engage in traditional careers advice such as those who are disengaged from education, and young people who require SEND and SEMH personalised careers advice that genuinely reflects who they are and how they work.
The programme supports preparation for adulthood and EHCP outcomes by helping students understand their strengths, explore realistic pathways, and take ownership of their next steps, without pressure or formal assessment.
