We believe the most meaningful learning happens in the real world. That’s why community-based learning is at the heart of our programme. It empowers students to develop confidence, independence, and practical skills in their own way, while also providing real-life context that enriches our direct teaching sessions for both students and teachers.

Learning by doing

Meeting employers and exploring job ideas

Gaining confidence in your local community

Learning to travel independently

Visiting cafés, shops, libraries, and workplaces

Planning next steps for work or further study

Building confidence, independence, and wellbeing

Support At Your Pace

Our job coaches provide one-to-one support, ensuring students feel safe, seen and supported as they take each step.

We work at a pace that suits the individual student, balancing structure with flexibility to get the best outcomes for each learner.

We support students in discovering their own next steps, guided by both the Job Coach and their Teacher. Students take an active role in this process—visiting colleges, exploring workplaces, attending careers fairs and libraries, and speaking with professionals—so they can make informed choices about their future.
